Position Shuffle Brings New Principal to Gilmer High School

After the Board of Education (B.O.E.) executive session on Tuesday, December 11, an announcement was made that Adam Hathaway would assume the position of Principal of Gilmer High School (GHS). The office will be vacated by Erick Hofstetter when he starts a position at the B.O.E. offices.

Hathaway comes to GHS after tenure as Assistant Principal at White County High School. The B.O.E. members were sent an email requesting more information about the applicants to the position that was vacated by Hofstetter. In that email, questions were also asked regarding Hofstetter’s new position. Information will be posted as it becomes available.
