David Allen Dagraedt (born August 9 , 1951) of Ellijay, GA passed away peacefully on January 9, 2014 at the age of 62. Beloved husband of Wanda Mulkey Dagraedt, dear stepfather to Shelley Martin (Jason) , and Ryan Garrett (Gretchen) , dearest grandfather “Popi” to Lillie Martin. Dave was the son of Jeri Finch and the late Robert Finch of St. Louis ,Missouri and the late Richard Dagraedt of Peru, I L. He was the oldest brother to Danielle Egeling and Mollie Finch also of St. Louis, MO. Dear uncle to Alex and Jack.Son-in-law to Alma & J.T. Luttrell, Brother-in-law to Ruel and Charles Mulkey(Carol)all of Ellijay,GA. Aaron Luttrell (Thelma) Hiram, GA and Dorothy Powell (Jim) Canton, GA. He was an irreplaceable friend to many.

Dave graduated from Kirkwood High School in 1969. He attended Career Academy in Chicago IL and received his broadcast license. He was a r adio disc jockey in Flat River , MO , and later warehouse manager at Magna Music Baton in STL. Dave really hit his stride when he moved to GA and met his future wife Wanda. He found a niche for his unique creative abilities and attention to detail in Video and Film Productions when they founded DANDA Productions and for over 30 years created productions for Fortune 500 Companies and Broadcast Television. Dave was a witty talented creative soul. He loved music of all kinds and introduced new artists and styles to his family and friends. He loved sports of all kinds but especially Cardinals baseball. He enjoyed travel and always had time for a game of golf with his buddies no matter how poorly they played or how old and sore they were. He found joy and happiness at his new mountain home that was always open to visiting friends and family. A memory of Dave will bring a smile to those who knew him. H e will be sorely missed but forever in the hearts of those who loved him.

Private memorials will be held at a later date in Atlanta and St. Louis. Bernhardt Funeral Home, Ellijay, GA in charge of arrangements.
