Mr. Edward D. Lawrence age 52 of Ellijay, GA died Monday April 14, 2014.Mr. Lawrence was born October 16, 1961 in Anaheim, CA to Otey and Betsy Miller Lawrence. He was a carpenter and a member of the Memorial Presbyterian Church in St. Augustine, FL. He is preceded in death by his father, Otey Lawrence.

Survivors Include wife, Linda Teague Lawrence, of the home; son, Shaun Elliot, Ellijay; daughters, Gurlinde Lawrence, Maryland, Ashley Benston, Blue Ridge, GA, Heather Elliot, St. Augustine, FL and Candice Ervin, Chattanooga, TN; mother, Betsy Lawrence, St. Augustine, FL; brother, Jeffery Lawrence, St. Augustine, FL; sister, Elizabeth Lawrence, Jacksonville, FL; 4 grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held Thursday April 17th at 3pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating. Interment will follow in the Lanning Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday April 17th from 1pm until 3pm at the funeral home.
