Clear Creek Could See Early Completion

Community, Featured Stories, News

The Clear Creek Facilities construction has been progressing ahead of schedule according to Zachary Cofelice, Assistant Superintendent for Parrish Construction Group.According to Mr. Cofelice, the construction project is scheduled to complete, at the latest, in mid July, two weeks ahead of schedule barring any unforeseen circumstances. He hopes to maintain their current work pace in case they encounter inclement weather or project issues that could cause delays. This way, if such an encounter does occur, they can still complete their project on time instead of finishing late.

Mr. Jim Fallon, of Parrish Construction Group, delivered a report on this project to the Board of Education on June 8th, 2015, stating two of the buildings, the Field House (Building 300) and Concessions (Building 400), were in final stages of construction, still requiring finishing touches. The Maintenance building (Building 500), stated Mr. Fallon, is likely the furthest from completion out of the five requiring such things as the mechanical and overhead work they are currently doing.
