He/she should just come forward. If it’s a newer car he/she won’t be bothered. Success pays in this world. Just out of respect, let the owners know you apologize for any missed work/labor you have caused the individual to miss. Then, go about your way. People get so worked up in these parts. Can’t wait to be back in Florida.

Mike B. With an attitude like that you belong in Florida. Nobody is stopping you, GO BACK TO FLORIDA IMMEDIATELY!!!!! It’s people like you that have totally destroyed areas such as Gilmer County.

MIke B.— Worked up, huh? Over someone almost killing this person’s family member? We cant wait for you to go back to Florida either, with that terrible grammar. By the way, your comment makes zero sense.

Mike B., you need to head back to Florida, I think lack of all that heat and sun is affecting your common sense.

MikeB…Missed work……worked up….are you commenting on the same story as we are reading? This is an 18 year old young man that very well could have lost his life! Not something to take so lightly. I’m sure whom ever hit him did not mean to, but you just do not leave the scene of an accident no matter what. Praying for this young man as this will not be an easy recovery. Oh yeah Mike B head on back to Florida, sounds like there is really nothing in common for you here!

Mike B., did you actually read the entire story? He suffered a FRACTURED SKULL AND EYE SOCKET. It’s not like it was some minor inconvenience fender bender. The boy was on foot looking for his lost cell phone, and this person hit him with their car. Worked up? How worked up would you be if it was your son? Please do us all a favor and hit the road back to Florida immediately. I’ll personally chip in on one-way plane fare or gas for the drive.
