Mrs. Shelby McCoy age 58 of Calhoun, GA died Wednesday December 21, 2016.

Mrs. McCoy was born May 5, 1958 in Tampa, FL daughter of Judy Barrett Bingell and the late Troy McCoy. She completed pet grooming school and worked as a groomer. She was a member of the Yellow Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include: son, Anthony Mashburn of Waleska; daughters, Sandra Hays, of Ellijay and Taren Mashburn, of Fairmount; mother; Judy Bingell, Waleska, brother, Dylan Darby, of Waleska; sisters, Sharon McCoy, of Waleska, Carol McCoy Beaver, of Ellijay, Patti Brannon, of Waleska, Mary McCoy, of Fairmount Kelly McCoy, Vale, NC and Ashley Garrett, of Waleska; 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday December 26th at 2pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Gayton officiating. Interment will be in the Osborne cemetery in Hiawassee.

The family will receive friends Monday December 26th from 9am until the service hour at 2pm.
