Family Story Time

Family story times are designed for families with children of all ages. Story time is followed by a craft activity. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult.

The Kid & I: Color Exploration
Saturday, March 17 @ 10:30 AM
The program will begin with a book and then kids and their adult can explore how colors mix and separate at different stations. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult.

The Teen Advisory Board helps plan and implement library programs for teens. All teens ages 12-18 are invited to attend this meeting. Applicants interested in joining the Teen Advisory Board can pick up a registration form at the library.

Kendama Club
Tuesday, March 20 @ 4:00 PM
A Kendama is a Japanese skill toy that has become popular all over the world. Use one of our Kendamas or bring your own and share your tips and tricks with others. All levels welcome!

Paranormal Georgia Investigations presents Cryptids!

Cryptozoology is the study of creatures whose existence has yet to be—or else cannot entirely be—proved or disproved by science. These creatures, known collectively as cryptids, include examples like the Loch Ness Monster, Bigfoot, and the Yeti, yet these famous cases are by no means the only ones, join PGI and GCL as we explore these life forms, fact and fiction, so you can decide if you believe.

Morning Creatives: Mini-Books
Friday, March 16 @ 9:00 PM
Join us for creativity and conversation. This month build your creative toolkit with miniature making using simple folding, binding, and gluing. All materials provided or bring your own paper.
The Friends of the Library Bookshelf

Remember that the library welcomes donations of gently read books and magazines. Those that the library does not need come to the Bookshelf, with all the proceeds benefiting the library. Do not forget to visit the “back room” of the Bookshelf for newly stocked non-fiction and magazines.
Bookshelf hours are from 10:30-5:30 on weekdays and from 12:00-2:00 on Saturdays
