The Bobcats of Gilmer welcomed in the Northwest Whitfield Bruins to Huff-Mosley Stadium on Friday for game eight of the 2018 season. The Bruins sitting at 5 and 3 overall and 2-2 in region play were looking to get back on the winning ways after suffering a big loss to Pickens just one week earlier.

The Bobcat’s battered defense allowed 334 yards total on the game. On the offensive side of the ball Gilmer had 184 rushing yards. Receiving stats were not available at the time of the article.
