Daily Prayer: March 09, 2013
Psalm 3:5 “I laid me down and slept: I awakened; for the Lord sustained me.”
Our Father in heaven, we can face life victoriously when we know that you are with us. The problems that loom large before us are dwarfed into insignificance when we view them from your perspective. Fears are conquered, life is stabilized, and our feet are on a firm foundation when we trust ourselves into your care. So, into your hands we place our lives today.
Would you protect us with your guardian care, guide us with youre omnipotent hand and keep us from evil by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We would be mindful of the needs of those around us and we pray your sustaining grace upon them. Would you arm the life of this one who seeks you now with spiritual armour to fight spiritual battles today through the strong name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
