Mrs. Jerry Sue Sisson Newton age 60 of Evergreen Dr. Ellijay died Wednesday December 26, 2012

Mrs. Newton was born on April 7, 1952 in Fannin Co. She is the daughter of the late Frank and Nellie Mai Queen. She worked in home health and was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include: Husband: Billy Newton, of the home; Daughters: April Haygood, Christy Bowen, both of Ellijay; Grandchildren: Cody Mashburn, Jacob Newton, Kalie Newton, Hannah Bowen; Sisters: Ruth Ann Dilbeck, Blue Ridge, Frances Sosbee, Blue Ridge, Mary Haas, Missouri; Brother: Kermit “Kit” Brown, Murphy, NC.

Funeral services will be held Saturday December 29th, 2012 at 2 pm from the Flat Branch Baptist Church with Rev. John Newton, Bro. Kevin Dilbeck and Bro. Motley Dilbeck officiating.

Interment will be held in the Flat Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday December 28th from 2 pm until 9 pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home. Bernhardt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
