3. Resolution #13-013, Consideration for Granting the Authority To the Gilmer County Tax Commissioner to make final determinations on all matters relating to the waiver of penalties and interest on unpaid taxes. (JC)
4. Discuss Potential Budget Amendments. (JC)
5. Discuss potential joint meeting for Economic Development with the Chamber of Commerce, Cities of Ellijay, City of East Ellijay and the Economic Development Authority. (RB)
