Evelyn Hancock Goodwin : Obituary

She was a member of the Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of Alpharetta, Georgia. Born March 17, 1944, to her late parents Richard Harris and Sara Tramel Hancock, in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia. She was a Medical Records Clerk until her retirment. She is survived by her husband of thirteen years, Louie Steve Goodwin of the home in Ellijay, Georgia, daughter Jerrie Lynne Thompson of Woodstock, Georgia; sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and April Wise of Buford, Georgia and Richard and Karen Wise of Johns Creek, Georgia; grandchildren, Jessika, Lacey, and Sage Thompson, Eve, Gavin, Ian, Mary Rose, Hannah, Brett, Cody, and Autumn Wise; great grandchild, Ryleigh Thompson; sisters, Sally Hancock Golsen of Atlanta, Ga., Macy Hancock Craven of Simpsonville, South Carolina, and Barbara Hancock of Atlanta, Ga.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16th, 2013, at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Randy Maddox officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Advantage, 583 Highland Crossing, suite 210, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.

The family will receieve friends immediately after the Memorial Service.
