Mr. Joshua T. Wood, age 34, of Terramont Dr., Roswell, GA died Tuesday November 5, 2013.Mr. Wood was born Sept. 21, 1979 in East Point GA the son of Michael D. Wood, SR and the late Shelia Howard Wood. He worked as a systems architect for the International Hotel Group. He was a veteran services with the US Air Force and a member of the American Legion.

Survivors include: Wife; Shelley Parks Wood, Roswell, father; Michael D. Wood, SR, Ellijay: grandparents: Thomas D. and Mary H. Wood, Jasper; brothers; Michael D. Wood, JR and Marcus Wood both of Atlanta, Justin Wood, Hawaii, Nieces and nephews; Tres Wood, Wyatt Wood, Evie Fowler, several aunts uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Thursday Nov. 7, 2013 at 11:00AM from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Brother Eric Wood officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 pm in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with military honors by the US Air Force.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Legion Post #82 For Christmas For Kids 297 Legion Rd Ellijay, GA 30540 in memory of Mr. Wood.

The family will meet with friends Wed from 2:00 until 9pm at the funeral home.
