FYN was at the Dawson County Law Enforcement Center this afternoon when Nydia Tisdale along with her attorney, William A. Finch exited the building. Tisdale had video camera in hand that had been confiscated last Saturday. She let us know that upon inspection that all footage was still on her camera.

The camera was taken by law enforcement after Tisdale was forcibly removed from a public event last Saturday. Tisdale was filming at the event hosted by Burt’s Pumpkin farm featuring Republican speakers, including Governor Deal.

FYN has learned from Sheriff Carlisle that as of 1pm today Deputy Henry Wooten has been fully reinstated. Wooten was suspended pending the internal investigation regarding Tisdale’s arrest. FYN also spoke with Finch (Tisdale’s Attorney) that told us as of today charges against Ms. Tisdale are still pending.

Listen to the Interview below as FYN ask Sheriff Carlisle his reasons for reinstating Wooten, Is the investigation complete? Who and how many were interviewed? Also listen as FYN requests an open records from the Dawson County Sheriff

Listen to interview with Tisdale and her attorney Finch as FYN asks has anyone from the Republican party or candidates contacted you? Is Finch representing for criminal charges or civil?

FYN will post Tisdale’s video from event later tonight
