FYN visited an excited group of kids at Ellijay Elementary yesterday for the third grade writing challenge. The proud winners of the FetchYourNews.com third grade writing challenge were Jocelyn Guzman and Flor Ruiz. (See below to read their essays, view the video and see slide shows). There were many great essays and it was clear that the students made the effort and took the time to do their absolute best for this challenge so the entire class received coupons for a free junior frosty and plenty of pencils.

FYN CEO, Brian K. Pritchard spoke to the children about the importance of reading and writing and also gave some tips on “Don’t Click” and when the children should report unknown pop-up’s and refuse to post private information on themselves. It is our hope at FYN’s that students be interested in reading and writing at a young age.
