We’re Apparently Stupid…

Opinion

The national GOP, despite the stunning outcome of this 2014 mid-term election, appears absolutely determined not to defund Obamacare, not to stop illegal immigration and to foist another moderate RiNO on us in the person of either Jeb Bush or Mitt Romney, as their selected choice for our Presidential candidate in 2016. We are supposed to be satisfied with that. It is the unalterable thinking of big government Republicans that the status quo must be maintained at all costs. What is the status quo? Clearly, it’s corruption and big money, lot’s of it, obscene amounts of it and, in the end, we will still pay for it. Americas spoke loudly during this past election but Boehner and McConnell hasn’t listened. They apparently think we are stupid. May they’re right! They are our leaders after all, by seniority. What is leadership? As our alleged presidents failures have demonstrated again and again, a leader isn’t one who simply sits as head of a board, making decision only after all on the board have agreed. Leaders are those who motivate others. The military is the only group dedicated to creating leaders of its officers. The ranks are filled with military school graduates, shiny in their new uniforms, commissions in hand, yet not tested in the crucible of combat, where real leadership and character is irrevocably revealed.

On the civilian side, gifted speakers can become great leaders who motivate others to their point of view. Ted Cruz is such a leader for Conservatives. He is a wonderful Tea Party, advocate who stands up and speaks his mind and appeals to those who still believe in the Constitution and the rule of law. He’s a winner where winning is a habit. For the GOP leadership, so is losing.

I love Ted, but, right now I’m looking for a leader who can not only inspire, but make things happen as they need to happen. Ted Cruz is a Senator experienced in making laws but he has no management experience to enforce those laws. Right now he cannot possibly make the good leader needed to repair the damage Obama has done to us. Cruz should first try for governor of Texas they come to us with his experience. He’ll get it! The same criteria applies to Rand Paul.

Scott Walker, on the other hand, fills the bill as my conservative presidential choice for the very reason that he is still Governor in a socialist (blue) state who thrice defeated the unions and democrats who tried to remove him. Also, he restored Wisconsin to a financially well functioning state. He is a proven leader!

While Chris Christie talks a good line, I put him in the same category as Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney, an unreconstructed RiNO. His slobbering love fest with the alleged president after Hurricane Sandy, was disgusting and for me, makes my point. No on Christie.

Leadership, of the magnitude required to successfully run the greatest nation in the world, restore its military might and address the dangers coming at us from all directions, simply cannot be done by an unskilled Senator or a Representative. Only a Governor or a General Officer, admirals included, have the hands-on experience and skills necessary to execute the awesome duties of Commander-in-Chief. Amateurs, such as our alleged two term crackpot president, surrounded by his Junior Varsity team of sycophants and anti-semites, like John Kerry, should have never aspired to the positions they now hold.

These people got there through fraud and lies, not leadership abilities. What bigger fraud can there be than to run for president without every being vetted? Well, because the forth estate has been corrupted and never asked the important questions: Who is Obama? Where did he come from? Why is there no memory of his attendance at Columbia University? How did he get there with his poor scholastic record in California? Why does he have the social security number assigned to a Connecticut man who died in Hawaii? Why was his education funded as a foreign student? It’s because we’re apparently stupid.

Remember, Freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Burn up the phone lines to our senators and representatives. Make them do what we want, not what the corruptors want. Now, go get ‘em! (5 Dec 14)
