4. Action on Resolution #11-025, Appoint member to the Gilmer County Planning Commission. (JC)

Action on Resolution #11-027, Final Decision by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners, Considering the Recommendation by the Gilmer County Planning Commission on the Application for Amendment to the Gilmer County Land Use (Zoning) District Map #3069, Parcel #014E – (Note: Nancy and Hubert Parker, 2190 Old Highway 5 South, Ellijay, GA. – 2.6 acres from R-1 (Residential Low Density to C-1 General Commercial).
