Mr. Philip Eddie Cochran age 58 of Auburn, GA formerly of Ellijay died Wednesday January 18, 2012.
Mr. Cochran was born on September 16, 1953 in Gilmer Co. He is the son of the late Delmer S. Cochran and Ollie I. Stover Cochran. He worked as a truck driver. He is preceded in death by a brother Leonard Cochran.
Survivors include: Wife: Connie Bartet, of the home; Daughters: Tammy Cochran & Robbie Powers, both of Auburn, GA; 3 Grandchildren: Jesse, Matthew, and Emylie Powers; Sisters and Brothers-in-law: Louise and Lamar Porter, Lula, GA, Lessie and James Clayton, Buford, GA, Stella Tankersley, Crandall, GA, Della and Eulis Oliver, Buford, GA, Veda and Larry Payne, Cumming, GA; Several nieces & nephews also survive
Funeral services will be held Saturday January 21, 2012 at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Dodge officiating.
Interment will be in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday January 20th from 4pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
