Name Crisis

Obama’s administration has launched so many crisis situations upon us that it’s truly hard to keep count. So, don’t try. His reason of course, for creating the crisis’s with Iran is no more than a desperate attempt to deflect our attention away from the unfolding disaster exploding in his face that is Obamacare. We should not allow that our attention to this criminal fleecing of middle-class Americans’s should be diverted. And, we must keep our own Senators and Representatives reminded of it too. Neither should we forget Fast and Furious, Obama’s complicity in the Benghazi murders, his spying on conservative news journalists, the IRS spying on the TEA Party groups and the NSA spying, etc., etc.

The biggest crisis, apart from his expansion of the super-snooper empire created under the Patriot Act after 9/11, is Obama’s own self-created crisis of his loss of public trust and falling poll numbers. His fake charisma has been revealed, his lack of transparency opened for all to see and his lack of character and integrity ruthlessly exposed. The old cliche “The Emperor has no clothes” certainly applies. I stumbled onto this interesting quote from as back as the 1898: “How many Caesars and Pompey’s, by mere inspirations of the names, have been rendered worthy of them? And how many are there, who might have done exceeding well in the world, had not their characters and spirits been totally depressed and Nicodemus’d into nothing?”…Tristram Shandy, vol. 1, chap. xix. Even Solomon had a word on the subject when he said “a good name is better than precious ointment.”

So, when one’s name becomes a pun and a ripe target for late night comedy shows, then it becomes a crisis that that name is ultimately hauled down under it own weight into the pit of social failure. Names that become puns take on a life of their own and a significance far different from him that bears it. Obama the liar, under the sheer weight of his own arrogance, now suffers such a fate. It is awful when one’s name becomes a joke, open to mocking attack by late night comedians and print cartoonists. When one’s name becomes the object of disrespect, it becomes subject to ridicule and cannot be mentioned without exciting laughter. Then, that person is truly doomed and all his deeds with him. Obama deserves it!

Obamacare, Obama-nation, Obummer, are just three pun names now used as pejoratives. There are many more. Since the downward plunge of Obama’s charisma and the peoples belief in his divinity, Obama is even now trying to distance himself from the term “Obamacare” in a desperate attempt to divert our attention from the fact that it is his failure and his alone. Obamacare is the albatross around his neck and he put it there. It cannot be worn with dignity but must be borne, shamefully, like the thief tarred and feathered and ridden out of town on a rail.

On the subject of Obamacare, I attended a Congressional House Oversight Field Hearing yesterday (11/25/13) in Gainesville, Ga. Georgia’s 9th District Rep. Doug Collins was a member and did very well. Witnesses had been recruited, testimony given and the full house attendance by North Georgia’s active conservative community were generally pleased. The only problem I saw was that the emphasis on Obamacare was that it was spoken of as a flawed (over expensive) health care plan and not the middle-class destroying, wealth redistribution scheme it really is. It was noted that rural Georgia counties residents faced premium rates far higher for the same Obamacare plan then those in urban areas. The reason for this was also missed. The high costs for rural health care, including the closing of several small hospitals, is another scheme to promote the voluntary relocation by rural residents into urban areas in accord with the United Nations Agenda plan for the 21st Century (Agenda 21).

The Democrat Party is a house of scoundrels intent on imposing socialism through crisis upon America. They are full of schemes designed to enslave Americans to the government. Conservatives everywhere must be constantly on the alert, step forward to challenge the Progressives at their every utterance and we will prevail. They have no arguments to support their positions that can’t be challenged. Instantly they resort to name calling, we know we have won that argument. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Go get ‘em! (26 Nov 2013)
