The Gilmer County Chamber held a ribbon cutting for Kharisma Dance Studio this morning. The studio is open six days per week and has an array of dance classess for adults. Sunrise Yoga is offered in the mornings from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. on Mondays and 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. for the rest of the week. Midday yoga is offered at approximately noon, with cardio dance, zumba, and silver sneakers in between. Depending on the day of the week, the evening brings beginner line dancing, zumba, candlelight yoga, partner/ballroom dancing, intermediate line dancing, dancer stretch and sculpt, beginner ballroom and a monthly zumba party with live DJ (3rd Fridays).
A Sunday nutritional support group will be held on Sundays at 5:00 p.m.
