Mrs. Oma Florence Sanford: Obituary

Mrs. Oma Florence Sanford Oliver age 84 of Ellijay, GA passed Saturday December 19, 2015.

Mrs. Oliver was born April 28, 1931 in Gilmer County, daughter of the late Howard and Nellie Mae Dotson Sanford. She was a member of the Crossroads Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Eugene Oliver.

Survivors Include: her sons, Ted Oliver, Wayne Oliver, Jack Oliver, Rick Oliver and Dan Oliver, all of Ellijay, GA; sister, Bessie Mullinax, of Ellijay; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; Special Daughter, Candy Wheeler, of Ellijay, GA; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday December 22nd at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Land officiating. Interment will follow in the Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday December 21st from 2pm until 8pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Oma Oliver Memorial Fund at P.O. Box 466 Ellijay, GA 30540 In Memory of Mrs. Oliver.

The family request no food be brought to the funeral home.
