Mrs. Velma Sue “Susie” Woody age 50 of Ellijay died Sunday April 3, 2016.
Mrs. Woody was born November 22, 1965 in Gilmer County the daughter of Velma Shook Stanley and the late James Stanley. She was a housewife.
Survivors include; Husband; James Woody, Daughters, Jennifer Woody, Ellijay, Jessica Wisdom, Fairmount, Mother; Velma Stanley, Ellijay, Brother; Rowdy Stanley, Ellijay, 2 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 4:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Tracy Welchel officiating.
Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Wednesday from 11:00am until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
Bernhardt funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
