Ms. Jane Mull Collins Teague, age 89, of Gainesville, formerly of Cherry Log, passed away on Tuesday June 7, 2016
Ms. Teague was a “Rosie the Riveter” during WWII being employed by Bell Bomber in Marietta, Ga. She also worked for Levi Strauss and later was a teacher for and retired from Union County Headstart. Ms. Teague was preceded in death by 1st husband Jack Collins, 2nd husband Wayne Teague Sr. and son Wayne Teague Jr.
Surviving Ms. Teague are son Robert Collins, son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Judy Collins, Daughter and son-in-law, Myra Collins Burns and Tim Burns, Grandson Paul Walczuk and family, Granddaughter Heather Collins and family, Granddaughter Stacie Collins Hernandez and family and Granddaughter Briana Burns.
In lieu of flowers Ms. Teague requests donations be made to www.heifer.org to help a family in need. Please forward the card from Heifer to P.O .Box 7332 Chestnut Mountain, Ga. 30502. A life celebration will be held at a later date.
