Joseph F. Neil: Obituary

Joseph F. Neil, of Atlanta, Georgia  and Ellijay passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Joseph is survived by his cherished wife, Ruth, of 36 years and his daughter Amanda Joellen, 29 years old.

Joseph was co-owner of Doppler Studios in Atlanta and was an accomplished sound engineer whose clients respected his talents, professionalism, expertise and keen skill in his work with electronics. He was also owner of Sam’s Tape Truck, remote recording,  and performed recording services for a large number of artists and performances, for almost 40 years.

Well respected and loved by everyone with whom he dealt, he was a mentor and friend to many. He has left a void that few would be able to fill.

Joseph and his wife Ruth are residents of Ellijay, Georgia. A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for July 8, 2018 at 4:00 o’clock p.m. at the Deep South Farm in Ellijay.  https://deepsouthfarm.com . Additional information for the area may be found at:   gilmerchamber.com
