Lillian Mull Woodring: Obituary

Mrs. Lillian Mull Woodring, age 73, of Ellijay, died Saturday, April 28, 2018.

Mrs. Woodring was born, May 4, 1944, in Fannin County, the daughter of the late Ralph and Evelyn Bates Mull. She worked for many years in the manufacturing industry for, H.D. Lee and Levi Strauss and in food service for the Dairy Queen and Sue’s Log Cabin Restaurant. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Her parents and sister; Barbara Logan preceded her in death.

Survivors include; husband; Grady Woodring, brother; Raymond Mull, Ft. Smith, AR, sisters and brother-in-law: Linda and Charles Findley, Jasper, Marlene Mull, Rome, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws; Eugene and Carolyn Woodring, Ellijay, Shirley and Wayne Sluder, Ellijay, Betty and David Raikes, Ellijay, Jean Woodring, Ellijay, Nina Woodring, Blairsville, Gene Goble, Ellijay and Cliff Logan, Talking Rock along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Rosser and Rev. Rubin Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be; Larry Mulkey, Gary Woodring, Steve Woodring, Jeff Watkins, Charlie Brooms, Danny Strickland and Don Howard, Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Monday from 4:00 pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home.

Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund in memory of Mrs. Woodring.
