Team FYN Sports Sportswriter Player Of The Week

The Team FYN Sports player of the Week for January 7-12 is Cade Carter.

In the fourth and final period of the Bobcats game versus the Southeast Whitfield Raiders, Carter came in late and had the last shot of the night.  As the clock ran down, overtime was expected by everyone in the gym.

With the clock sitting at less than a second, Tripp Pierce passed the ball full court to Carter. Being tightly guarded, Cade caught and shot the ball.  As the ball left his hand the buzzer sounded followed by SWOOSH.   BOBCATS WIN!
