HOMEWARD BOUND PET RESCUE’S PET OF WEEK

Meet Nyx, a 2-year old girl who must think she was the winner of the glass slipper.  When we heard about Nyx, she had just been found abandoned and left tied to a bush with no food or water.

Most anyone else would have had a dim view on life and people in general; but not Nyx!  She is about as happy-go-lucky as one can get.  She will be your favorite co-pilot if you let her sit in the front seat.  Once secure, she will lie there and tip her head back so she can look in your eyes.  However, she also expects a belly rub at the same time!!

She met up with a couple of cats at the animal hospital and she did not have a reaction except to turn around and ask if I saw the cat who came in on a leash!  (She’s got a great sense of humor!)  You too can be entertained by this little munchkin if you complete our online application!

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue is located in Blue Ridge, Gilmer Co., Georgia. We are a volunteer run organization that was established in 2000 and have successfully found forever homes for thousands of unwanted cats and dogs..  We meet by appointment only.  Our pets are up to date on vaccinations, monthly preventatives, spayed and neutered (unless otherwise disclosed due to illness or age).   All available pet bios on our website.
