Christmas time is here: “A Christmas Carol”
Community December 1, 2010
All around the county, its Christmas time!
While it isn’t quite cold enough yet to snow, it is getting pretty blistery outside—today held an average temperature of 33 degrees F. But, don’t let the cold weather hold you back, Ellijay’s downtown business area is in full swing for the holiday season with festive decorations and a stunning tree smack dab in the middle of town.If you’re looking for something to do to kick off the holiday season, check out The Apple Mountain Art Center’s showing of “A Christmas Carol,” presented by the Apple Mountain Playhouse in the Ellijay Elementary Auditorium from December 10th through the 12th.
Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 PM. Sunday’s show is at 3:00 PM.
Adult tickets are available for $15 and children/senior tickets are available for $12.
For more information or tickets contact The Apple Mountain Art Center at 706.502.4292, [email protected], or visit their website.
The theater hopes to be ready for shows in the downtown location sometime this winter.
