James Clint Frady: Obituary

Mr. James Clint Frady, age 81 of Boardtown Community Ellijay, GA passed on Sunday December 19th, 2010 at his residence.Mr. Frady was born on August 22nd to his late parents James Walter and Mable Irene Suite Frady in Ellijay, GA. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church. A honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran who served in the Korean War and a member of Oak Bowery Masonic Lodge #81 F&AM in Ellijay.

Mr. Frady is survived by his wife of sixty years, Billie Jean Kelly Frady of Ellijay, GA; Sons and daughters-in-law, Kelly and Debbie, Frady, and Joe and Candra Frady all of Ellijay, GA; grandchildren, Kaleb Frady, Hannah Frady, Taylor Frady, and Evan Frady; Sisters and Brothers, Doris Bradford of Jacksonville, FL, Bell Willis of Blue Ridge, GA, Bluma Jones of Ellijay, GA, Nerva Lou Palmer of Ellijay, GA, Raymond Frady of Epworth, GA and Winston Frady of Ellijay, GA. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday December 21st, 2010 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Richards, Rev. Gerald Siniard and Rev. Mark Chastain officiating. Military and Masonic Rites will follow in the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion by the NOrth GA. Honor Guard and Oak Bowery Lodge #81 F&AM. Pallbearers will be Kaleb Frady, David Watkins, Scott Jones, Danny Frady, Floyd Edmondson, Karl Payne, Paul Payne, Jerry Wishon and Eddie Ellington. All Nephews will serve as honorary pallbearers. Interment will immediately follow in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Family is receiving friends beginning at 5:00pm on Sunday December 19th, 2010 at the funeral home. Flowers are being accepted or donations may be made to the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery fund in care of Mr. Gary Hyde, Jones Mill Rd. Ellijay, GA 30540 in memory of Mr. Frady. The family also requests that no food be brought to the funeral home.
