Mr. James Felton Hill age 90 of Gates Chapel Rd. Ellijay died Thursday January 6, 2011. Mr. Hill was born on March 30, 1920 in Pickens Co. He is the son of the late James M. & Minnie Dyer Hill. He was a farmer, a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, and a member of the Living Church of God.

Survivors include Wife: Jo Ann Mooney of the home; Sons: Tom Hill, Buffington, GA, Don Hill, Bent Tree, GA, Lee Hill, Cumming, GA; Daughter: Beverly Smith, Ellijay; 7 Grandchildren; 7 Great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday January 8, 2011 at 2pm from the Chapel of the Bernhardt Funeral Home with Elder Paul Mooney and Elder Travis Nicholson officiating. Interment will be held in the N.R. Mooney Memorial Garden with military rites by the North Georgia Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 7 from 3pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
