Mrs. Hattie Free Patterson age 83 of Ellijay died Friday January 14, 2011Mrs. Patterson was born on July 16, 1927 in Gilmer Co. She is the daughter of the late June Free & Nettie Patterson Free. She is retired from Goldkist Poultry Plant as assistant inspector and a member of the Rock Creek Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd “Bud” Patterson.
Survivors include: Sons: David Patterson, Ellijay, Calvin Patterson, Brownville, TX, Joe Patterson, Ellijay, Ronnie Patterson, Ellijay; 8 Grandchildren; 6 Great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday January 16 at 3pm from the Bernhardt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roy Scott and Rev. Harold Mull officiating. Interment will be held in the Yukon Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Saturday, January 15 from 4pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
