Ronnie Brannon : Obituary

Mr. Ronnie Brannon, age 55 of Estill Springs, Tn., passed away Friday, March 18, 2011. A native of Plant City, Fl., he was a 1973 graduate of Kathleen High School in Lakeland, FL and Lakeland Bible College. Ronnie was a gifted songwriter and had a devout passion for life, his God, his family and his grandchildren who affectionately called him “PopPop”. He is preceded in death by his father, Jessie Brannon, brother, Charles Stephen Brannon; maternal grandmother, Lucy Parks; paternal grandmother Ressie Brannon and father-in-law, Jack Morris.

He is survived by his wife, Jenny Brannon of Ellijay, Ga.; son and daughter-in-law, Isaac and Sabrina Brannon of Zephyr Hills, Fl; stepson and spouse, Cliff and Robyn Miller of Wesley Chapel, Fl; step-daughter and spouse Brook and Shawn Carroll of Covington, Ga.; daughter, Megan Brannon of Lakeland, Fl; grandchildren, Kayla Brannon, Noah Brannon, Gavin Carroll, Mason Carroll and Brittany Carroll; mother and stepfather, Ethelene and Ernesto Pina; sisters and brothers-in-law, Gwen Cassata of Lakeland, Fl., Sharon and John Davenport of Estill Springs, Tn., Sheila and Lee Blanton of Tullahoma, Tn., Tammy and John Rice of Winchester, Tn., brothers and sister-in-law, Phillip Brannon of Estill Spring, Tn., Frankie Brannon of Fargo, Fl., Timmy and Melissa Brannon of Brandon, Fl.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Scott and Gail Morris, Doug and Sheila Morris, Mark and Kris Morris all of Ellijay, Ga.; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Marion and Jim Ragsdale also of Ellijay, Ga.; nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 26th, 2011 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jim Martin officiating and music performed by Hope and R.J. Stribling.
