The Atlanta Braves today officially set their 25-man roster for opening day. Also, as part of an agreement with former pitcher Billy Wagner, the Braves today officially released Wagner in lieu of his placement on the Voluntary Retired List. In addition, outfielder Joe Mather cleared waivers and was sent outright to Gwinnett (AAA).The season-opening roster includes 12 pitchers, two catchers, seven infielders and four outfielders:
