Isaac (Ike) Thomas : Obituary

Mr. Issac “Ike” Oliver Thomas age 22 of Old Tails Creek Rd. Ellijay, Ga., died Sunday April 24, 2011.

Mr. Thomas was born on November 30, 1988 in Gilmer Co. He is the son of John and Myra Crane Thomas. He was a graduate of Gilmer High School Class of 2007, a student at Kennesaw State University, a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Ellijay. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Walter and Irene Crane, John and Lucille Thomas, and grandmother, Wanda Madaris.

Survivors include: Parents: John and Myra Crane Thomas of the home; Special Nana: Farrell Starnes, Ellijay, Ga.; Granddaddy: Bob Madaris, Fairhope, AL; Aunt and Uncle: Jane and David Schaller, Savannah, Ga..

Funeral services will be held Friday April 29 at 4pm from the First Baptist Church of Ellijay with Dr. Milton Perry, Rev. Caleb Land, and Bro. Nixon Bunch officiating. Interment will be held in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will recieve friends Thursday April 28 from 2pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
