Mr. Harold Wright age 71, of Cripple Creek Dr. Ellijay, GA., died Wednesday May 4, 2011.

Mr. Wright was born September 1, 1939 in Ellijay GA. He is the son of the late Fletcher and Delmer Reece Wright. Mr. Wright was retired from General Motors Co Parts Division after 33 1/2 years of service and was a member of the UAW He is preceded in death by brothers Paul, Gene, and Cecil Wright.

Survivors include: Wife, Mary Wright; Daughters and son-in-law: Rhonda and Doug Soule, Cumming, Ga. Beth Wright, Ellijay,GA.; Sons and daughters in-law: Alan Wright, Ballground, GA., Ricky and Shari Wright, Cleveland, GA.; 5 grandchildren: Jill Parsons, Maddie Soule, Nicole McBrayer, Jessica Keller, Jason Wright; 3 great-grandchildren: Stephen and Kylee McBrayer, Delaina Keller; Sisters and brother in law: Carol and Charles Mulkey, Ellijay, GA. Vercel Miller, Ellijay, GA.; Sisters-in-law: Christine Wright And Barbara Wright both of Ellijay, GA.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 6, at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Edmund Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

Family will receive friends Thursday, May 5th, from 4pm until 9pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Children’s Health Care of Atlanta/ALFAC Cancer Center @ 1687 Tullie Circle Atlanta, GA 30329 in memory of Mr. Wright.

The family also request no food be brought to the funeral home.
