Mr. Leon Lillard age 67 of Weeks Rd. Ellijay died Monday May 9, 2011.
Mr. Lillard was born on November 22, 1943 in Gilmer Co. He is the son of the late Isaac Franklin Lillard and Lois Ponders Lillard. He worked in the textile industry. He is preceded in death by a sister Wauneta Lillard Carter.
Survivors include: Brothers & sisters-in-law: Frank Lillard, Indianapolis, IN., Hub & Judy Lillard, Marble Hill, GA., Jeff & Diane Lillard, Jasper, GA.; Sisters & brothers-in-law: Maye & Sandy Klein, Martinsville, IN., Dee & Robert Cronan, Jasper, GA.; Special Friends, Sandy & Steve and several nieces & nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be held Friday May 13, 2011 at 2pm from the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday May 12th from 3pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
