In less than 3 minutes you will hear many promises made by former Chairman Commissioner Mark Chastain as he spoke to the public at the BOC meeting on March 11, 2010. Chastain says that the Civic Center will cost $437,000. Listen closely to Mr. Chastain as he acknowledges that most of the projects will require coming back to the board for approval and will require being put out for public bid.
