If you have not received “Energy Assistance” after November 1, 2010 – then you may qualify for a benefit. The program officially closes on June 3, 2011.

You will need verification of the Social Security Numbers of everyone in the household, income verification for the past 30 days on everyone in the household, and a recent utility/fuel bill.
