Ms. Ruby V. Coffey, age 82, of Ebenezer Rd. Ellijay, Ga., died Thursday May 26, 2011.Ms. Coffey was born on May 13, 1929 in Gilmer Co. She is the daughter of the late Lewis Coffey & Hattie Tatum Coffey. She was a caregiver and a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church.

Survivors include: Daughter: Trudy Cantrell, Ellijay,Ga.; 2 Grandchildren: Ron Cantrell, Hurdle Mills, NC. and Heather Cantrell, Athens, Ga.; 2 Great grandchildren, Peyton & Sawyer Cantrell; Brother: Robert Coffey, Ellijay, Ga.; Sisters: Ora Belle Smith & Beuna Burnett both of Ellijay,Ga., Geneva Bowen, Orange City, FL. and Judy Jackson, Harrison, Tn.

Funeral services will be held Saturday May 28, 2011 at 2pm from the Ebenezer Baptist Church with Rev. Russell Burt officiating. Interment will be in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday May 27th from 4pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
