Mrs. Baxter was born on September 7, 1950

Survivors besides parents include: Husband: Eugene Baxter, Ellijay; Sons: Gary Baxter, Ellijay, Delbert Baxter, Jr., McDonough, GA, Darrell Baxter, Monticello, GA; Daughters: Mary Baxter, Rebecca Baxter, Ellijay; Brother: George “Cotton” Lanier, Axis, AL; Sisters: Sarah Davis & Alma Gibson both of Mobile, AL; 6 Grandchildren.

Funeral services are being planned and will be announced at a later date.
