Mr. Charles “Chuck” Allen Manston age 79 of North Lake Drive, Ellijay died Wednesday Sept. 14, 2011.Mr. Manston was born October 17, 1931 in Atlanta, GA. He is the son of the late Charles Allen Manston and Margaret Dean Manston. He worked for the Beam Oil Co. as an oil salesman and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ellijay.
Survivors; Wife: Carol King Manston, of the home; Sons and daughters-in-law: Quinton and Shelley Manston, White, GA, Dean and Linda Manston, Dallas, GA, Stephen and Shelly Manston, Hoover, AL; 7 Grandchildren; 2 Great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday September 18, 2011 at 5pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Dr. David Drake officiating.
Interment will be held in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA on Monday, September 19 at 11:30am.
Family will receive friends Sunday, September 18 from 12noon until the funeral hour at 5pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
