Directions:

From Atlanta via I-75
Take I-75 north to I-575 exit. North on I-575 to Ball Ground where I-575 becomes GA 515. Continue north in GA 515 to reach Gilmer County and the cities or Ellijay and East Ellijay.

From Atlanta via GA 400
Take GA 400 north to Dawsonville. Turn left on GA Hwy. 53 west (at McDonalds). Go through the city of Dawsonville and continue on GA Hwy. 53. Turn right on to GA Hwy. 183 north. Turn left on GA Hwy. 52 west to reach Gilmer County and the cities or Ellijay and East Ellijay.

From Chattanooga, TN via I-75
Take I-75 south to Dalton. Exit at Walnut Avenue head east. Follow US Hwy. 76 east through Dalton and Chatsworth to reach Gilmer County and the cities or Ellijay and East Ellijay.

From Gainesville
Take GA Hwy. 53 west to Dawsonville. Go through the city of Dawsonville and continue on GA Hwy. 53. Turn right on to GA Hwy. 183 north. Turn left on GA Hwy. 52 west to reach Gilmer County and the cities or Ellijay and East Ellijay.

Shuttle Bus Information

All shuttle buses will operate from 8:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. on Saturdays and 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. on Sundays.
Parking is very limited at the Lions Club Fairgrounds, so please use the shuttle parking areas where a free shuttle service will take you to the Apple Festival and back to your car when you are ready to leave.
The shuttle parking areas are located at Gilmer High and Middle Schools, Ellijay Elementary and Primary Schools, and Mountainview Elementary School.
