Michael Cox : Obituary

Mr. Michael Cox age 57 of Pen Dr. Ellijay died Wednesday October 5, 2011.

Mr. Cox was born December 21, 1953 in Jasper GA to the Late Buman and Nellie Ray Cox. He worked for West Block as Hyster operator and was a member of the East Ellijay Baptist Church.

Survivors include: Wife: Kimberly Cox of the home, Son: Christopher Cox, NY, Daughters: Shannon Jefairjian, NY; Lisa Rivera, NY, Brothers: Roger Cox, Calhoun GA; Jackie Cox, Carrollton GA; Tony Cox, GA Sister: Diane Cox, Carrollton GA and 8 Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday October 8th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Emuel Sanford and Rev. Tommy Sanford officiating. Interment will follow in the East Ellijay Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday October 7th from 10am until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
