Pursuant to the Georgia Constitution, Article IX, Section II, Paragraph 1, et seq., the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners propose to amend an act creating The Board of Commissioners of Gilmer County, approved March 27, 1995 (Ga. L. 1995, p. 3824) as amended, so as to change the provision related to the powers and duties and the purchasing of goods and services and competitive bids requirement, to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

2. Action on Resolution #11-065, Final Decision by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners, Considering the Recommendation by the Gilmer County Planning Commission on the Application for Amendment to the Gilmer County Land Use (Zoning) District Map #3079, Parcel #034B – (Note: Joe James) (JC/BJ)

3. Action on Resolution #11-066, Final Decision by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners, Considering the Recommendation by the Gilmer County Planning Commission on the Application for Amendment to the Gilmer County Land Use (Zoning) District Map #3100G, Parcel #001 and 020 – (Note: Wright Development Group, Inc.)
