Fetchyournews.com is pleased to announce that FYN sports will be announcing a varsity player of the week for basketball season. The P.O.T.W. will be sponsored by the following local business: Ingles; Wisdom Construction; ETC Communications; Circuit World of Ellijay; Dr. Brian Rowan; Mountain Valley Motors; Larry’s Body Shop; Radio Shack of Ellijay; Shane’s Rib Shack and North Georgia Sports Zone.FYN is asking the community to nominate players for the P.O.T.W. by filling out a ballot and placing it in ballot boxes located at: Shane’s Rib Shack; Mountain Valley Motors; Dr. Brian Rowan’s Office; Circuit World; Larry’s Body Shop and North Georgia Sports Zone.
The player that is chosen will receive a Player of the Week T-Shirt from North Georgia Sports Zone and a free meal from Shane’s Rib Shack.
The P.O.T.W. nominations will commence at the end of the ETC “Tip Off Tournament” which begins Saturday November 19th.
