Janice Chadwick Smith : Obituary

Mrs. Janice Call Chadwick Smith, age 79 of Diamond Lure Rd. Ellijay died Tuesday November 22, 2011.

Mrs. Smith was born on November 24, 1931 in Gilmer Co. She is the daughter of the late Homer Call and Marie West Call. She was retired from Huff Drugs Store. Mrs. Smith was a member of the East Ellijay Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by husband Keith Chadwick, husband Rev. Ervin Smith, daughter Cela Winters, brothers Claude & Oran Call and a sister Mable Craig.

Survivors include: Daughter: Suzanne Chadwick, Ellijay Sisters: Johnnie Mae Bradley, Blue Ridge, GA Yvonne Greene, Calhoun, GA; 2 Grandchildren Adam Winters & Kelly Powell; 6 Great grandchildren Several nieces & nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday November 26, 2011 at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Fields & Dr. Milton Perry officiating.

Interment will be held in the East Ellijay Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday November 25th from 5pm until 8pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the East Ellijay Baptist Church Cemetery c/o Mike Williams @ 285 Yukon Rd. East Ellijay, GA 30539 in memory of Mrs.Smith.
