2. Action on Resolution #11-076, Authorize the advertisement for the privatization on the Solid Waste Services. (WB)

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Presentation by Mr. Seth Pierce of the Georgia Forestry Commission and Tony Pritchett the Gilmer County Fire Chief, regarding the Community Wild Fire Protection Plan for FY’2012.

1.a Action on Resolution # 11-077, Authorize the Chairman to execute the Memorandum of Understanding between the Georgia Forestry Commission and Gilmer County for the Community Wild Fire Protection Plan for FY’2012. (JC)

2. Action on Resolution #11-078, Authorize the Chairman to execute the Gilmer County 457 Plan Document changes required by the Pension Plan Act (PPA), the Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Tax Act (HEART Act) and Worker Retiree and Employer Recover Act (WRERA) as required by IRS law. (JC)

3. Action on Resolution #11-079, Final Decision by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners, Considering the Recommendation by the Gilmer County Planning Commission on the Application for Amendment to the Gilmer County Land Use (Zoning) District Map #3050, Parcel #062H – (Note: Danny McCollum) (BJ/JC)

4. 5. Action on Resolution #11-081, Adopting the updated five year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the Gilmer County Airport. (JS )
