The Gilmer County Board of Education (B.O.E.) is moving into their new office building, the former Bank of Ellijay location.Superintendent Bryan Dorsey says that the B.O.E. hopes to have the move completed by January 2, when they return to work. He sends his thanks to everyone for helping with the move during Christmas break.
Dorsey went on to say that the new building will be the B.O.E. central offices. Citizens will go to this location on the corner of Maddox Drive and Industrial Boulevard for all correspondences with the B.O.E.
The first B.O.E. workshop and meeting at the new location will be in March. The January and February meetings will be held at the Bobcat Trail location
