According to the Gilmer County Clerk of Courts Office, Donald Bossa is expected to appear in court for trial on January 30th. The Clerk of Court Office, though, said that this date is subject to change.
On October 31, 2011, Donald Bossa was denied bond by Judge Amanda Mercier. In September, Bossa confessed to murdering his wife. Later, on November 14th, he was arraigned and pleaded not guilty and was indicted with Felony, Malice Murder. The case is being handled by Judge Roger E. Bradley.
As of December 27th, the status announcement stated that the case is proceeding. The statement did not indicate whether or not the case has experienced any obstacles and the trial date appears to be on schedule for the 30th of this month
