Vera Mae Evans Cochran : Obituary

Mrs. Vera Mae Evans Cochran age 87 of Penland Street Ellijay GA died Tuesday February 28, 2012.

Mrs. Cochran was born December 13, 1924 in Gilmer Co. to the late Charlie Evans and Vesta Thompson Evans. She was a housewife and a member of the East Ellijay Baptist Church. Mrs. Cochran is preceded in death by her husband Garland (Bud) Cochran and daughter Carol Evans.

Survivors include: Son in-law: Steve Evans, Ellijay GA; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday March 1st at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Fields officiating. Interment will follow in the East Ellijay Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Family will receive friends Wednesday February 29th from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
